Brunton comes home!!!

Brunton came home from the hospital on Saturday August 21! We are so glad that he is finally home. I know that 5 days in the NICU is not very long, (trust me the nurse let me know that, and that I am not the only parent who wants to take their baby home. She was not my favorite.) Luckily the doctors sided with me and agreed to let me take him home with the feeding tube! I can not even tell you what a relief it is to bring him home. The NICU is a nice place but they have their own idea of how things should work and you have to follow their rules. I am so glad that he is home and guess what we never had to feed him with that stupid tube and I pulled it out the very next day! Here he is in his carseat on the ride home. I think he was glad to leave also.
